Our commitment

HSC is committed to ensuring our platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target standard.

What we've done

• Keyboard navigation support throughout the platform
• ARIA labels on interactive elements (buttons, icons, form controls)
• Sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements
• Focus indicators on interactive elements
• Screen reader-compatible markup
• Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels
• Dark mode support to reduce eye strain

Known issues

HSC is in active development and some areas of the platform may not yet meet our full accessibility targets. We are working to address these progressively. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please report it.

Reporting an issue

If you experience any accessibility issue on HSC, please contact us at accessibility@hscmarket.com. Include as much detail as possible about the issue and the device or assistive technology you're using. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Some content on HSC is created by third-party sellers and is not under our direct control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of all third-party content, but we provide tools for reporting inaccessible content.
