Delete your HSC account
You can request deletion from HSC on the web or in the mobile app. Your profile is hidden immediately, with 30 days available if you change your mind.
How to delete your account
Open Delete account
Go to Account, choose Privacy and security, then choose Delete account.
Confirm your request
Enter your username exactly and submit the request. HSC signs you out and hides your profile immediately.
What happens next
- Your public profile and personal listings are hidden immediately.
- You can sign in and reactivate your account during the 30-day recovery period.
- After 30 days, your sign-in identity and personal profile details are permanently erased.
Records we may retain
Completed orders, invoices and payment records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes. Messages and shared commercial records may remain with your identity anonymised.
Cannot access your account?
Contact HSC support from the email address connected to your account. We will verify ownership before helping with a deletion request.
